On this page we provide clarifications on accommodation availability times, reservations, deposits and payments.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The availability request is not binding and does not take the form of a contract either for the Customer or for TIP SRL.
The booking request represents an Order Form and therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for TIP SRL, which party considers itself free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation that TIP SRL sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and constitutes the completion of the booking contract with option.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for TIP SRL only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt.
The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay excluding optional services and final cleaning.
